Project Overview
This client project is a training program designed to equip recruiters with the skills needed to effectively support candidates throughout the hiring journey. As part of a team, I developed multiple instructional videos using provided scripts, focusing on clear, engaging, and instructionally effective delivery. This project has been shared with permission.

Challenge
While job candidates have access to abundant information, they often need guidance to navigate complex career decisions. Recruiters play a critical role in this process but may lack structured training on how to effectively support and communicate with candidates throughout each stage of the journey.
Solution
As part of a broader training program, I developed instructional videos using provided scripts. I focused on applying best practices in pacing, visuals, and delivery to ensure the content was clear, engaging, and easy for recruiters to follow.
Result
Recruiters are better prepared to support candidates throughout the hiring journey by applying the strategies presented in the training.
