I focus on creating practical, engaging experiences that support real-world application through collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

I build the training materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and job aids. This is where the design is brought to life through clear, learner-friendly content.

I support the delivery of the learning experience, ensuring everything is ready for learners and functions as intended.

I review feedback and outcomes to identify what worked and what can be improved for future iterations.
