To make the most of these meetings and to ensure that they are productive, it’s important for employees to approach them with the proper preparation and etiquette in mind.
Challenge
Virtual meetings can become unproductive and lengthy if participants exhibit distracting or disruptive behavior. The lack of clear guidance on proper meeting etiquette is a contributing factor to their unproductivity and disorganization. It is important for organizations to provide guidelines on proper virtual meeting etiquette to ensure that all participants are adequately prepared and focused on achieving the meeting’s objectives.
Solution
To improve the virtual meeting experience for all employees involved, a practical solution was implemented – providing them with useful tips and guidelines that could easily be implemented. These tips aimed to create a smoother, more efficient meeting experience by helping employees prepare and stay engaged throughout the virtual meeting.

With these tips in hand, employees can better prepare for virtual meetings and reduce the potential for disruptive or distracting behavior.
