Summary
This video was part of a module related to recruiters preparing their candidates for client interviews. This video gave recruiters a script to give their candidates about how to handle salary-related questions in an interview.
Challenge
If salary-related questions are not addressed ahead of time between the recruiter and the candidate, then the candidate may not know how to best answer salary-related questions in interviews.
Solution
Recruiters give the candidate a script to follow so that they are aware of how to handle salary-related questions in an interview if they arise. This puts the recruiter, candidate, and client on the same page as far as salary expectations.
Result
Recruiters are able to empower their candidates to handle salary-related questions in the interview process. This allows recruiters and their candidates to be on the same page when it comes to salary.
