Summary

Google apps have revolutionized the way professionals collaborate and share information. Users can create high-quality documents and presentations that are accessible from anywhere. However, when it comes to sharing these files with a larger audience, such as on a website, there are a few important steps that users need to follow.

Challenge

For users who are new to the Google Suite, the process of sharing documents or presentations online with a larger audience can seem overwhelming. Without clear guidance on how to share files with a larger audience, users waste valuable time.

Solution

A comprehensive solution was developed that provides users with a step-by-step process for how to make their documents public. This also includes instruction on both linking and embedding the document, allowing users to choose the option that best fits their needs.
